Our meet-ups are run by our wonderful tribe of Local Leaders, passionate small business owners who volunteer to lead the monthly sessions and champion small businesses in their regions.

We’re delighted to welcome Claire Snow, who is one of our regular members of the Group, to talk to us about “The Importance of ‘Customer Service”. Claire will be sharing her thoughts and recommendations on the following :

• How to tailor your service to widen your appeal and have more customers that love you!

Claire is the Director of Snow Limits Consulting and helps small growing businesses solve problems and reconnect the pieces of their business. She works with organisations that feel like their business has grown and is now a bit out of control. They’re busy, but their customer and people processes haven’t kept up with the speed of change and are becoming an issue. Claire uses coaching, process mapping and design and deliver training to help them and their teams get back on track.

Claire’s background is in fast paced, multi site logistics organisations covering all sectors from healthcare, manufacturing, retail and aviation.

About your Local Leaders: Ann McCluskey and Mandy Lucas

Ann is a Coach-Practitioner, Change Specialist, and Founder of ‘Finding True North’ whose life is steeped in transformation. With a career of 30+ years in a range of business sectors, she has led change with and through people and knows first hand the stresses and strains of a high-octane corporate life. In her independent practice, she continues to enable individuals, business owners, and executives to thrive no matter what shows up in life.

Mandy, has worked in the area of animal welfare for over 20 years, initially seconded into a new business unit for 3 months to set up the quality systems, she never looked back! With a lifetime of working in corporate business, Mandy took the leap of faith in May 2019 and now runs a successful consulting business, from her home on the edge of Dartmoor.
